We offer several shipping methods, which are selected during checkout. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen, and can vary based on your location. Below are estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as shipping times can be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method and your delivery address. The exact cost will be provided during checkout, so you can review and adjust your order accordingly before completing the purchase.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST). Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing) may result in delayed shipments. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the package will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
