Refund and Returns Policy

At Zenith Gracece, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, including personalized products, gift cards, and sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the specific product page for details.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) when requesting a return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@zenithgracece.com to initiate the exchange process. We will guide you through the steps to exchange your item for one of equal value or a different item, subject to availability.

How to Return an Item

  2. Follow the return instructions and ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email, and the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide a return label and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
